VE Day

Many of you will know that on Friday it is VE Day. This year, it is a National Bank Holiday which will celebrate Victory in Europe (the end of WW2). Celebrations (albeit different this year) will take place up and down the country as we celebrate 75 years since the war ended. Have a look at some fun things you can have a go at to celebrate VE day with your family at home on our class page.

Have a look at this English Heritage VE Day at home celebration pack. It contains songs, dances and recipes.

Some 'No-Sew' VE day bunting (I am going to have a go at this!)
