GENERAL ADMISSIONS INFORMATION

If you would like your child to attend our school, please see full details of the admissions arrangements below.

Main School

The Local Authority (SMBC) currently co-ordinates the formal application process for statutory school age children (Reception through to Year 6), please see link below or telephone 0121 704 6693.

Once an applications has been made please complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF). Proof of baptism should be attached to the SIF and sent to Mrs D Chambers, Officer Manager. Reception applications are to be submitted directly to your home local authority. However, the supplementary information form and baptism certificate should be supplied to the school either by hand or
